 Posted - 11/04/2013 :  13:03:39 I am not very well versed in trig identities but since no one else has replied, I thought I would give you my response:I don't understand what you mean by "eliminate x"."x" is the argument of the trig functions and cannot be "eliminated".Hopefully someone here will give a better answer.  Posted - 11/04/2013 :  16:58:07 I think the only way to "eliminate x" is to find an identity between A and B. One way to start is to rewrite them in terms of sine and cosine.
