Hi,
I am in need of advice on analyzing a data set with repeated measures.
I have recorded stomach temperature of seven (n =7) turtles at 10-
second intervals. The duration of records for individual turtles
ranges from 8-50 days. I would like to investigate/compare the
turtle's stomach temperatures for 4 time periods (dawn-day-dusk-
night). Since I have a very large number of repeated measures, I am
planning to use the mean stomach temperature values for each diel
period in my stats test. I am planning to make comparisons using a
repeated measures ANCOVA, with sex of the turtle (3 male turtles, 4
female turtles) as my co-variate.
Can anyone offer advice on my planned procedures?
