can someone help me with this combinatoric question?

janie is participating in a coffee-tasting experiment, which asks if a person can tell the different between decaf and regular coffee.

there are 5 cups of coffee in all. janie knows that 3 are decaf and the other 2 are regular caffeinated coffees.

the question is, how many different arrangements of decaf and regular coffee can be made from this experiment?

thankyou

for this problem you need to find how many ways you can randomly choose two cups of coffee(caffeinated) out of five cups

Solution:5 choose 2=5!/(3!)(2!)=10
