Can anyone tell me the type of function the below equation is??

y=45x+24x-7x-2

Or, you could say it is a quadrinomial.
Don't get that word confused with quadratic.
A quadratic has three terms (a trinomial).
However, the above doesn't state the degree of the polynomial.
Therefore, combining it with royhass's response, I would call it a
cubic quadrinomial!
