Posted - 09/16/2010 : 11:22:23 Hello,
I am totally embarrassed to admit that I have lost the answer key to the 1,4,8,9 math project. My students will be handing their sheets next week and I need to come up with the answer key FAST. Hopefully someone can provide me with the answer key. Here are the rules:
Write math expressions that equla the numbersfrom 1 to 100 -you may only use the numerals 1,4,8 and 9 -you may only use each numeral ONCE in each expression -you MUST use all 4 numerals in every expression -you may not use 2 digit numbers -you may use any combination of math operations -your aim is to find at least 80 different expressions for values from 1 to 100 -you may use a MAX of 10 duplicate expressions to reach a total of 80 -you may use a calculator and you may ask your family to help |

Posted - 10/12/2010 : 18:34:21 I know this was posted a few weeks ago but I feel I must comment. We've all lost our answer key to questions so my suggestion is as you find correct responses, rebuild your key. But I have a question: Why are you giving students this assignment, especially up to 100? |
