If we position the city of Toowoomba at the origin (0, 0) then the equation of this circle is given by: x^2 + y^2 � 4x + 6y � 3468 = 0 A telecommunication satellite is on orbit 0.6 units above the Earth�s surface. Find the equation of the circle described by the satellite. Hint: Rewrite the given equation to find the centre and the radius of the circle described by the Earth�s surface.
